Why Company Notes?

This is not an AI news site or another course claiming that a set of prompts can run a company. It is a place to document how a real business puts agents to work, one workflow at a time.

I am experimenting with Grok Bot as part of an AI-operated company. The work goes beyond prompts: mail, task boards, knowledge, ERP systems, permission boundaries and MCP integrations all matter.

What I plan to publish

• AI roles, departments, responsibilities and human approval points.
• Daily routines, handoffs, exception handling and reviews.
• Using MCP to connect Mail, Wekan, Memos and ERPNext rather than relying solely on browser clicking.
• Delivering large artifacts through tools such as FFL MCP.

What you will not find here

No mass-produced AI news, no claims that every experiment succeeds, and no confusing conceptual diagrams with production deployments.

Posts are written primarily in Traditional Chinese and translated into English and Simplified Chinese. Reusable scripts and configurations will be published to GitHub when ready.
