A daily operating loop

Continuous operations are harder than executing one prompt. A useful daily workflow separates four stages:

  1. Collect from authorized mailboxes, boards and systems.
  2. Assess routine tasks, exceptions and decisions that require a person.
  3. Act through scoped MCP tools rather than uncontrolled browsing.
  4. Verify outcomes and report unfinished work with evidence.

Example review structure

Daily review
├── Inbox: items requiring a response
├── Board: overdue tasks and handoffs
  ├── ERP: pending human approvals
└── Exceptions: permission errors, unavailable services

This is an illustrative pattern, not a company's finalized SOP.
